General Shipping

  • All in-stock orders are usually shipped the following business day
  • We ship out Monday - Friday 
  • We do not ship on U.S. Holidays when USPS is closed

  • We use UPS and USPS for domestic shipping
    • USPS First Class Mail: (no tracking) 5+ business days
    • USPS Ground Advantage: 2 to 5 business days
    • USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 3 business days
    • UPS Ground: 2 to 5 business days (will not ship to PO Boxes)
    • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 days
    • UPS Next Day Air: 1 day
  • We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS - Thank you for your service!

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide!
  • International shipping charges calculated at checkout
  • In case you were overcharged in shipping charges during checkout we will send a refund for overpayment after order is shipped
  • We offer UPS, DHL and USPS for international shipping
    • USPS First Class Package International : 7 to 21 business days (Note: Sometimes this service can take over 1 month for delivery)
    • USPS Priority Mail International : 6 to 10 business days
    • UPS Worldwide Saver® : 2 business days
    • UPS Worldwide Expedited® : 3 to 4 business days
    • UPS Standard : 2 to 7 business days (Canada)
    • DHL Express Worldwide : 3 to 4 business days
  • Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
  • Declared Value: To abide by international laws, we cannot change or declare a lower value on the package or commercial invoice
  • Note: UPS is known to charge very high brokerage fees, to avoid paying these brokerage fees we recommend you choose DHL or USPS for international shipping.

  • Delivery not guaranteed

Returns

  • We offer a 30 day Return Policy on all items we stock (except used parts)
  • Buyer pays return shipping
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • We will only accept a return on uninstalled items in original packaging
